One standout from the ESSENCE 5 collection is Blend Charme, created in collaboration with Nagayama Sake Brewery located in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. This sake is a Yamadanishiki rice blend conveying the vision and uniqueness of Nagayama Shuzo sakes and Chartier’s magic touch: elegance, complexity, and impressive length.
