    Mahoroba Junmai is a sake that delights on its own but truly comes alive when accompanied by food. Pair it with salty dishes to enhance its fruity notes, or indulge in a delicious union of flavours by pairing it with cheese or creamy sauces, which complement the slight lactic tartness present in this sake.

  • Made to be a harmonious pairing to the local cuisine and brewed using local rice (Dewa No Sato), this terroir-driven sake pays homage to its ‘Mahoroba’ or ‘beautiful place’ that surrounds the brewery.

    This is a certified GI Yamagata sake (Geographical Indication of Yamagata prefecture).
